During one of our science lessons, we completed an experiment to see the fat content of crisps. Miss Hibbert rolled crisps onto a piece of kitchen roll and we saw the amount of fat that then came off on it. We discussed how we needed to repeat the experiment to make it a fair test.

We also talked about how we can check the fat content of products by using the label on the back of the item.
