As part of Advent, the Chaplaincy Team led the whole school in an Advent Reconciliation Service.

The children shared: 

"As we prepare to celebrate Christmas, we believe that God holds each one of us in the palm of His hand. Sometimes we allow things to come between us; an unkind word or a hurtful action. When we do this, we know that something is wrong, something is out of place. So today, we come to name what has gone wrong in our lives and to ask God’s forgiveness and mercy so that we can live as loving people."

After that, Fr. Eugene came to school and the children in Years 4 - 6 who have made their First Holy Communion were able to go to Reconciliation with him.
