Today we celebrated Shrove Tuesday - also known as Mardi Gras. We dressed in the colours green, gold and purple to celebrate.
Celebrations are held around the world the day before the first day of Lent (Ash Wednesday). We know it best for pancakes but in places like New Orleans there are huge colourful parades.
