Advent Church Visit

We've been learning about the signs and symbols of Advent used in the Catholic Church.

Father Eugene welcomed us to Holy Family Church to learn about how he and the church are prepared for Advent.

We went on a tour of the church and altar, and looked at the vestments and vessels used for Mass.

We noticed the colour of Advent season throughout the church; even the Christmas tree had purple lights!
