Holy Family Catholic Primary School

Parents

We are in the process of updating this page...

We hope you will find the information on this page helpful.  If you are a parent at school please remember that Class DoJo often has lots of useful information specific to your child's class or on the whole school story.

If you are interested in volunteering at Holy Family or if you want to find out what support we can offer, we hope the links and documents below will help.  If not, please email admin@holyfamilyprimary.co.uk and we will forward to our Parent Support Workers.

Parenting is not an easy job and at times things can get tough. It can be great and rewarding one day and challenging and helpless the next but we are here to help you! Don’t feel alone or isolated, come and have a chat.

Mrs Cross is in school Monday to Wednesday and Mrs Daniels is in school Thursday and Friday; we are also very fortunate to have Mrs Marples available on the end of telephone every day. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you need support.

If you are interested in volunteering at Holy Family Primary School, please let us know. Our parent helpers are invaluable: whether it's hearing children read; preparing resources or displays; supporting teachers during forest school sessions; assisting on class trips; or sharing skills (such as cookery, art or gardening). Any time you can spare will be valued - get in touch today.

Being a parent or carer is a tough job and can sometimes feel like a rollercoaster ride. Our parents tell us that family life can sometimes be challenging.

We strive to support children and families who may need a bit of extra support and guidance. Working in partnership with you we aim to develop children’s wellbeing, whether helping with friendships, transition, bereavement, family break up, anxiety or anything else that may be causing a barrier to their learning or wellbeing.

As a school we work with many outside agencies so we can sign post you in the right direction for more help and advice.  Please ring or email school.

Please see the additional links we have added for information on a range of issues.
